REPRODUCTION. You are purchasing a replacement upgraded distributor (with electronic ignition built in), ignition coil, alternator (that looks like a generator), and wires set. Please see the additional images for a more in-depth look at this distributor and sizing information for the replacement alternator. The spark plug wires shown are only a representation of what you will receive. They will match the boot style selected as ordered. This distributor has a CNC-machined billet aluminum body, hardened steel shaft, with a sealed ball bearing on top and a sintered steel bushing on the bottom. It features a fully adjustable mechanical advance, vacuum advance, magnetic pickup trigger and a high-output circuit board module with digital tach output. Comes with a black cap, a spark plug wire retainer with screws, bushings and springs for mechanical advance, vacuum advance block-off plate, power extension cable and tachometer output extension cable. The ignition coil is the classic style black color made for high performance set ups. This comes with the mounting bracket for easy attachment.

The included alternator looks like the classic generator with a long style casing in a black finish. This is designed to fit the original bracketry of the vehicle and provide a modern upgrade to your original unit. This comes with a lamp terminal that allows the generator light to function. Using this upgraded system, the voltage regulator is bypassed and is no longer needed.

The included spark plug wires are a universal set that will need to be set up for your specific vehicle. This is 8 spark plug wires and one coil wire. They include the option of three different boot angles (90°, 135°, 180°) depending on preference. Inside is a spiral-wound core that suppresses RFI (radio-frequency interference) and features 500 ohm per foot resistance for excellent performance. Around the core is a fiberglass braid for superior pull strength and the outer jacket is composed of premium high-density silicone rated at 450° F with a black gloss finish to resist damage from water and chemicals.
