REPRODUCTION. You are purchasing a replacement gas tank, sending unit, and metal straps with rubber insulation pads and bolts. This tank is made from stainless steel with an anti-rust coating. Image is a representation of the product, you will receive the correct product for your vehicle.

Please see below for dimensions to ensure proper fitment.

The sending unit mount should be oiled prior to installation. Use a lubricant like WD-40 in the two holes on the back of the mount, then move the float arm up and down a few times. This sending unit produces up to 90 ohms. If you want to test your sending unit, please see our "Instructions" tab.

PLEASE NOTE: This gas tank is approximately 4 gallons less than the original gas tank. There will be a void of approximately 4 inches to the side of the tank in the under body cavity of the vehicle. This will not affect performance and will still bolt in the same locations as the original. 

ADDITIONAL NOTE: These tanks are made from steel, and as a non-cosmetic addition, these may have small dings, bent corners, scratches or other imperfections that do not affect the ability of the tank to hold fuel. All tanks are pressure tested to ensure they are leak free. Returns and exchanges on these tanks will only be accepted for damage that will affect the tank's ability to hold fuel.
