REPRODUCTION. You are purchasing a power seat coupling. This part is also referred to as a safety shear pin.  It is designed to snap if there is too much resistance on the seat track, which helps keep the plastic transmission housing from cracking or straining the motor to the point where it blows a fuse.  If you hear the motor running when you press the seat button but the seat isn't moving, then there is a good chance this part has broken. This replacement part is produced from a higher quality plastic with a higher resin base than the original part. Please compare carefully to your original coupler to ensure proper fitment.

PLEASE NOTE: This may be a tighter fit during installation so some force may be needed to install on the transmission shaft. If the part is broken during installation then it will not be returnable.
