The six bolts that go through the water pump and timing cover and the five bolts that mount the water pump to the timing cover are the most sought after. When the coolant leaks into the area around the bolts; the aluminium cover, the pump and the steel bolt causes electrolysis and corrodes the bolts and timing cover. It is not unusual to have the bolts break.
