This unit has been professionally rebuilt; the unit has been disassembled and cleaned using ultrasonic machine cleaning, sand-blasting, and tumble finished for a clean natural finish. Non-working parts and gaskets are replaced as needed in the unit. The mounting base gasket is included with purchase. This unit has a 90-Day warranty.
